I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Downingtown for a weekend getaway with my family and our German Shepherd. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, including Carla, Sandy, and Robyn, were all friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Robyn even helped us make arrangements to stay on the ground floor when our dog became scared of the elevator. The breakfast was more than sufficient, with sweet and helpful staff members. I especially appreciated that the breakfast area stayed open until ten, and the 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar was a great bonus. The hotel's location near restaurants and a nearby church made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.
